We are a family run and owned farm with a tradition going back to the Nineteenth Century. We believe in:

Recognized Organic Farming:

We are a registered and certified operator according to European law, as stated in Article 29(1) of

Regulation (EC) No 834/2007

.

Dry Farming:

No irrigation, as we believe in minimal intervention, and is also in line with DO Penedes rules and

regulations. Irrigation is forbidden. 

Low Alcohol Content:

For a better and healthier drinking experience.

Almost no sugar:

Less than 1gr/Ltr.

Low sulfites count:

Almost all wines are less than 75ppm or close to that figure.

Lower carbohydrate count:

Due precisely to lower alcohol and sugar contents and a healthier drinking experience.

Terroir oriented wines:

We let the plant express itself, as mentioned above, we do not use irrigation and our plots are

located at a high altitude, therefore every plot and wine has its own and unique character.

Small and authentic production:

Precisely because of this, we do not believe in huge production, we have a farm, not a factory.
